• Employers: You agree to post accurate job descriptions and comply with all relevant employment laws when hiring through Derwork.
• General: Users must not engage in any illegal, abusive, or harmful behavior on the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to notify Derwork immediately of any unauthorized access or usage of your account.

• You retain ownership of the content you upload to the platform.
• By uploading content, you grant Derwork a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating the platform.

• Jobseekers can use most of Derwork's features for free.
• Employers may be required to pay fees for job postings or premium services. These fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Your use of Derwork is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Derwork reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or any other reason deemed appropriate by Derwork.

Derwork is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of job postings or user profiles.

Derwork is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Users are responsible for conducting due diligence before engaging in any employment or recruitment activities.

Derwork may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of Berlin.
